Caudron C.720

Development and Purpose
The Caudron C.720 was an advanced training aircraft, developed by the French firm Caudron. It was specifically designed to prepare fighter pilots, providing them with a dedicated platform to hone their flying skills.
First Flight and Cancellation
The prototype’s maiden flight occurred in January 1936. Despite exhibiting promising flight characteristics, the C.720 project was ultimately discontinued. The company opted to prioritize the development of a more advanced and superior model, the Caudron C.690, focusing resources on that design instead.
