JH Aircraft Corsair

Posted on March 29, 2026 By

The German company JH Aircraft GmbH was established in January 2016 in Hamburg. The following year, the first prototype of the light multi-purpose aircraft, the JH Aircraft Corsair, was already manufactured. It was designed to meet SSDR and FAR 103 regulations. It’s easy to see what inspired the creators of this aircraft.

Undoubtedly, it was the legendary F4U Corsair. The Corsair was first showcased at the Aero 2017 exhibition in Friedrichshafen. Its maiden flight took place in the summer of the following year.
